His key priorities include strong focus on finance, HSE, volume & cost, organization & talent, improving efficiencies and logistics, marketing, technology, innovation & digitization, benchmarking & bringing in global best practices, advocacy and stakeholder management. Mr. Agarwal is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Asit Baran Bhattacharjee
Non-Executive Independent Director
Mr. Asit Baran Bhattacharjee is one of the Non-Executive Independent Director of Dhatre Udyog Limited (DUL). He joined the Board of DUL on 16th March 2022.
Mr. Bhattacharjee held various senior positions in Allahabad Bank till he retired as a General Manager (Credit), in the year 2012. During his tenure of thirty-four (34) years in Banking Industry, the bank has achieved good credit growth which improved Banking financials in all parameters. He has 45 years of experience in finance, accounts, costing, taxation and general management.
Mr. Bhattacharjee has a Bachelor’s and Master degree in commerce from Calcutta University. He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Ajit Kumar Nath
Non-Executive Independent Director
Mr. Ajit Kumar Nath is one of the Non-Executive Independent Director of Dhatre Udyog Limited (DUL). He joined the Board of DUL on 16th March 2022.
Mr. Nath held various positions till he retired as Assistant General Manager in the year 2012. During his tenure of thirty-two (32) years in Banking Industry, the bank has achieved good credit growth which improved Banking financials in all parameters. Post retirement he is associated as a partner of M/s Bhattacharjee Nath & Co for the last 10 years. He has forty-two (42) years of experience in finance, accounts, costing, taxation and general management.
Mr. Nath has a Bachelor’s degree in commerce from Calcutta University. He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has also cleared Diploma in Information System Audit (DISA) and holds a degree of CAIIB (Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers).
Varsha Kedia
Non-Executive Women Director
Mrs. Varsha Kedia has rich and diverse experience across Operations, Projects, Sustainability, CSR, and secretarial functions. She also has a background in Corporate Governance and a strong understanding of best practices and processes through which successful organizations are guided. She is appointed as Non-Executive Women Director of DUL w.e.f. 07.11.2022.
Mrs. Kedia has a Bachelor’s degree in commerce from Calcutta University. She is a Member of the Institute of Company Secretary of India.
Ravi Kumar
Executive Director
Mr. Ravi Kumar is appointed as an Additional Executive Director (Operation) of the Company w.e.f 4th September, 2023.
He is a mechanical engineer with over four years of experience in the iron and steel industry. His expertise and knowledge in this field will likely to contribute significantly to the company’s operation.
